Biography:

Still Bidone

Ill Cane (pronounced Ill Caneh) is the collaborative partnership of guitarist and pianist Tom Emerson Elliott and slam poet and MC, Raphael G Moreau (MC Hagakure). Having written and performed together over the last eight years, Ill Cane is the culmination of their musical efforts and the next major step down their road together. Founder member of te original crew Ill Bidone was Joshua Kagan, a gifted guitarist from Los angeles, California, who wrote and collaborated with Magnus and Raphael during his two year stint in the capital.

Punk J

Having spent the majority of 2003, 2004 and 2005 gigging across the capital with a number of session musicians, including Sophie Moss, Kunja Bihari, Miguan Ascanio, Zack Stoff and Neha Gavni, amongst many others, Ill Cane have generated a following of armchair critics and tea drinking revolutionaries, attracted by the starkness of Tom’s riffs and the asinine brutality of MC Hagakure’s laid back flow. This story is a long one and will continue.
